Who May Be Eligible
Please go through the following checklist to be eligible for the scholarship:
- The candidate must submit all the requirements along with the application
- The student must be a graduating high school student
- The fellow must be a current member of Juneau County 4-H.
How to Apply
Applicants must fill the complete application and attach all the required documents that make him/ her eligible for receiving the scholarship. Applicants must submit the filled form through postmark before the due date.

- Applicant must submit the complete application
- All the valid documents that make the candidate eligible for a scholarship must be attached
- The fellow must submit the two letters of recommendation with the application
- Candidates must attach the letter if in any community service or activity they were involved in.
- Applicant must list 4-H related activities you have been involved in.

The scholarship should only be utilized to pay students’ academic needs like tuition, fees, and other related costs.
