  • Of Latino or Hispanic descent and must be the child of an immigrant
  • High school students living in the United States and the District of Columbia
  • Enrolled in a post-secondary institution for two to five years for the 2020-2021 school year
  • Employees of Solano Law Firm LLC and anyone closely affiliated with them are not eligible to enter the contest.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • In good overall academic standing

How to Apply

Eligible applicants can complete the online form and submit a 500-1000 word text explaining “what difficulties or disabilities you encountered in your life and how you overcame them”. Additionally, they must submit transcripts from their current schools, and high school students must also submit proof of acceptance to their college or university.
